I had my year 11 leavers prom on Friday. It was a really nice way to end the years we had together as a year group, although two of my closest friends couldn’t go. I’m not going to pretend everyone put aside their differences and it was all like “happy family” ish, but everyone kinda mixed it was good. My year group is really comfortable with eachother I guess and we have all these inside jokes. The music was defintely not traditional, it ranged from cameo to vybz kartel to the killers to shakira to punjabi mc, rhianna, big sean, d-banj and even BBK. I had a really good time though, our ending song was S-Club 7 which was really cheesy but still funny
